What do you comprehend by the concrete reality?

ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ

The Thamud and 'Ad denied the consequential calamity.

ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ
EN
So destroyed were the Thamud by a storm of thunder and lightning;

ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ
EN
And the 'Ad were destroyed by the furious cold blast of roaring wind
7
ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ ﳆ ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ
EN
Which He sent to assail them for seven nights and eight days running. You should have seen the people prostrate like the decayed trunks of date-palm trees.

ﳋ ﳌ ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ
EN
Do you see any trace of them?

ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ
EN
Then came the Pharaoh, and those before him whose habitations were overthrown while they were committing crimes.

ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ
EN
When they disobeyed the apostle of their Lord He seized them with an overwhelming punishment.
11
ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ
EN
When the water rose in flood, We bore you in the ark,
12
ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ
EN
In order to make it a warning for you, and that the ear retentive may preserve it.

Some of the horrors of the Day of Judgment
Ayah 13 - 18

ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ
EN
When the single blast is sounded on the trumpet,
14
ﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ
EN
And the earth and mountains heaved and crushed to powder with one levelling blow,
15
ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ
EN
On that Day will come what is to come.
16
ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ
EN
The sky will cleave asunder on that day and fall to pieces.
17
ﱶ ﱷ ﱸﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ
EN
On its fringes will be angels, eight of them, bearing their Lord's throne aloft.
18
ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ
EN
You will then be set before Him, and not one of you will remain unexposed.

Between the right and the left
Ayah 19 - 37

ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ ﲌ ﲍ ﲎ ﲏ ﲐ
EN
He who is given his ledger in his right hand, will say: "Here, read my ledger.

ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ
EN
I was certain I'll be given my account."
21
ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ
EN
So he shall have an agreeable life
22
ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ
EN
In high empyrean
23
ﲡ ﲢ
EN
With fruits hanging low within reach,
24
ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ
EN
(And told:) "Eat and drink to your fill as reward for (good) deeds you had done in days of yore."
25
ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ
EN
But whosoever gets his ledger in his left hand, will say: "Would that I were never given my ledger,

ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ
EN
And not known my account!
27
ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ
EN
I wish death had put an end to me.
28
ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄﳅ
EN
Of no use was even my wealth.
29
ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ
EN
Vanished has my power from me."
30
ﳋ ﳌ
EN
"Seize him and manacle him,
31
ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ
EN
Then cast him to be burnt in Hell;
32
ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ ﳖ ﳗ ﳘ
EN
And string him to a chain seventy cubits long.
33
ﳚ ﳛ ﳜ ﳝ ﳞ ﳟ
EN
He did not believe in God the supreme,
34
ﳡ ﳢ ﳣ ﳤ ﳥ
EN
Nor urged others to feed the poor.
35
ﳧ ﳨ ﳩ ﳪ ﳫ
EN
That is why he has no friend today,
36
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ
EN
Nor food other than suppuration (filth)
37
ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ
EN
Which none but the hellish eat."

The truth of the revelation from the Lord of the worlds
Ayah 38 - 52

ﱌ ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ
EN
So, I call to witness what you see
39
ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ
EN
And what you do not see,
40
ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ
EN
That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger,
41
ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ
EN
And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe!
42
ﱣ ﱤ ﱥﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ
EN
Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect!
43
ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ
EN
It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds.
44
ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ
EN
Had he attributed falsely any words to Us,
45
ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ
EN
We would have seized him by his right hand,
46
ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ
EN
Then cut off his aorta,
47
ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ
EN
And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us).

ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ
EN
It is really a reminder for those who fear God and follow the straight path.
